We’ve lived our lives and our entire careers in Life Sciences and most specifically supporting life sciences companies. We’ve run support companies, held senior leadership positions in pharma commercial operations supporting thousands of sales representatives, technology organizations with hundreds of employees and the list goes on. In the course of all of these roles in large, medium and small organizations we always asked ourselves the same question – why is this so complicated, why are the systems not fitting our needs and why are the companies that are supposed to be supporting us not responsive, helpful and focused on our success?
In our mind there is one specific reason for this, the leadership team and the product did not come from people that made their living supporting others.
It’s just that simple – probably a great group of people but their focus is not on the customer, its on the product – you know the practice is to develop a pricing model and then develop the product to fit the pricing model. That’s a good way to make money but it’s not a good way to make sure your customers get what they need.
We determined there was a way to fix this problem. We left our jobs and started a company to fill the gap in what was missing in the industry – support mined people providing solutions. And a different mindset – a partnership if you want one, a service organization if that suits you better. Yes, options in the way you consume our product, not a one size fits all model.
